Holy Cow We had a Pinterest Party !!!

This post is a few weeks in the making, with many hours of planning all coming together! Several amazing sponsors and tons of fun happened! The first official Pinterest party!

So many amazing ladies, and so much great crafty fun! It really is cool to see what everyone comes up with on their own!

This is the spread of food, and probably one of the most impressive spreads of food i have ever seen! Everyone was challenged to come up with a recipe that they found on Pinterest! We had things from Banana Pudding to Rocky Road Brownies to Hawaiian Ham Sandwich's! I think w had somewhere around 10 different dip choices as well! Everyone of which was fan freaking tastic!

We had some amazing sponsors for the Party! From Celebrating home and Mary Kay consultants all the way to nifty crafts supplies and fabulous cards!

The Classy Cactus Antique Mall

Caitlin on the left painting her T onto her burlap, and the wreath table on the right!

My mom and my sister were great! They had no clue they would be sitting at the cricuts the whole night! We learned something, that we need to cut things before the party!

More wreath making this was a buzzing table!

This is a basket of some of the completed items! Dont you love the way the burlap letter turned out?

A couple of variations on the coffee filter wreath. Cara added little white roses into her wreath to give it a bit of a difference!

Special thanks to all of the amazing people involved in our party! It took a lot of work but it was well worth it! The Sponsors were great, the ladies were fun to hang out with! The Classy Cactus Antique Mall was the Perfect Venue to host this in!

We had a blast, and I hope you can join one in the future!

Coffee Filter Wreath

We have 20 people registered for the event, which we are now holding in the back of a antique mall! I have been super busy collecting the supplies for 20 people to do this! On top of finding some really great sponsors for this project! It really has turned into a big deal, and could become a monthly thing for the classy cactus!

If you want to follow along on the board look over here :)

Pinterest Party!

Hello Fans and Friends! Me and My Sister are trying our first attempt at throwing a Pinterest Part! Which could become a seasonal thing around here! Anyone ever thrown one?

This is what the invite is going to look like :

Do you pin stuff on Pinterest and never find the time to do the project? Well here is your chance to do those awesome things that are out there as a group! This is a party where a bunch of us are going to get together and make those nifty little crafts that you see pinned on Pinterest.

We are looking to have a group of 15 people with about 5 different crafts you find on Pinterest. If you are interest in joining us please sign up and post on the wall the Pinterest projects you are looking to do and we will
narrow it down to 10 projects. We can only limit it this time to the first 15 so if you are not serious please do not RSVP to this event.

If there are no tickets available that means we are full, if you can not attend the party and want to forgo your ticket please message Jennifer or Dianna and let us know.

The hostess's will go out and gather the supplies needed for the amount of people coming, and there will be a flat fee for all of the supplies. We are only using the money to purchase supplies, there is no profit on the supplies fee, if there is extra money in the end you will receive a refund! We are thinking the fee right now will be right around $30 for the projects. You can paypal the fee ahead of time to JGoldinger@msn.com

Everyone needs to bring a potluck item to the event, of a recipe they find on Pinterest! Also please feel free to bring whatever beverage of your choice, alcoholic or virgin!

It would be awesome for you to print the recipe for the potluck item you bring as well.

Did I miss anything? Also anyone have an great ideas out there for easy Pins that we can do? I dont know what I want my one suggestion to be!
